Meetagain is a certified member of IAPCO: a network of 120 professional conference organizers from 41 countries. An IAPCO PCO is a Professional Congress Organiser or Meeting Planner who administers and brings to fruition the organisation of a congress, meeting, event or convention in a professional manner.

Meetagain is a member of ICCA -the International Congress and Convention Association- the global community and knowledge hub for the international association meetings industry. ICCA has over 1,000 member companies and organisations in almost 100 countries worldwide.

NEEDS ANALYSIS

Meetagain initiates a needs analysis to get an understanding of the client's objectives, strategy, and vision to capture the needs and specific requirements for implementation and quality.

Meetagain seeks long-term relationships and sees the ongoing collaboration as a partnership where we work together to create a successful event that meets your expectations for quality and cost effectiveness.  



PLANNING


Meetagain conducts an in-depth review of the targets and objectives for the specific Conference. We present a project plan, including targets and objectives for your project, stretching from start to end of the process.
We negotiate and sign contracts with suppliers.
Our suppliers and partners are carefully selected with regards to Meetagains quality and environmental objectives.



DELIVERY

This is where we involve more staff into the project. We manage and coordinate the delivery of the project and will make sure that everything is delivered on time and within budget.  We can also assist during implementation, staffing of registration, secretariat, information desks etc.


EVENT CLOSURE


We can create and send out a survey to all participants to understand the delegate experience and how Meetagain have fulfilled your objectives with the conference. All findings are documented in a final report, which include statistics, timesheets, and summary of the financial statement as per the agreement with the client.  



FOLLOW-UP


After the conference, an evaluation is conducted to assess the venue, other suppliers, partners and Meetagains services to ensure client satisfaction and that your targets are met.
